Blackberry Bourbon Bramble

  • 1.5 oz 1876 Bourbon
  • 2 oz Simple Syrup
  • 5-6 fresh blackberries
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Splash of Seltzer water
  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle blackberries, gin, lemon and simple syrup.
  2. Shake with ice.
  3. Pour over ice and top with seltzer water.
  4. Garnish with blackberries and a lemon twist.
